Anne B., you aren't even officially back and yet you have put in a lot of hours at the Farm already to help us get ready for the air show and to get textbooks scanned out. Not to mention the awesomely manicured flowerbeds in the front of the school. Thank you for all you do!

Disclosure Forms
Any outside agency seeking information about a student (doctor, coaches, etc.), must go through Sara Nichols. She will assist you in collecting the correct permission from the parent. Checklists or feedback about a student to an outside agency such as a doctor for treatment must be directly sent by Sara to the person requesting the information.
At conferences, if any person other than a parent or guardian is present, don't forget to get a signed disclosure form from the parent to discuss the student's progress in front of this person. These disclosure forms must be filed in the student's cumulative file. Forms can be found attached to this newsletter, in our handbook, or in the front office.
Parking
Also, just a reminder that the lot is utilized for parents to drop off and pick up students before and after school at KidzQuest. Thank you for your help in this!
