Parent/Teacher Conferences Sign-up coming next week
Greetings Riverview Families,
Parent/teacher conferences are approaching and we have set up the following times for conferences this spring:
February 16th - 3:45 pm - 7:45 pm (4K begins at 2:30 pm)
February 23rd - 3:45 pm - 7:45 pm (4K begins at 2:30 pm)
These nights will be evenings of scheduled, fifteen-minute conferences. We will once again be utilizing the PTCFast.com™website to facilitate this process. Please enter the following web address into your browser window to access the scheduling site or utilize the QR code to the right:

If you did not utilize the website to schedule your child’s fall conferences, you will be asked to create a login ID and password with the website and must provide a working email address prior to signing up for conferences. Once you have registered, you will then receive a confirmation email via an email from PTCFast.com™ with a link to schedule your conference day and time. You are able to schedule with your child’s classroom and encore teachers. If you do not have internet access or require interpreting services, please contact your child’s teacher to schedule conference times.
Due to the larger number of conferences, we are requesting that parents whose children live in more than one household work together to schedule one conference time for your child. We know this may not always be feasible, but it would be greatly appreciated if every effort could be made. If additional conferences are needed, we would wait until all families have had a chance to schedule at least one conference before assigning a second one. If your student sees more than one teacher for their core class curriculum, we have scheduled your conference for you and you will receive notification of the day and time.
If you are not comfortable attending your conference in person, we will happily schedule this meeting in a virtual manner. It will still be important that you schedule a time through the link provided so that we have a time reserved for you. We will then ask that you call school or contact your child’s teacher to indicate your preference for a virtual meeting. Your child’s teacher will send you a link to attend.

• Click on Enroll Online OR
• Click on Printable Packet and fill it out by hand.
Online enrollment is preferred but if you choose to fill out the enrollment paperwork by hand it can be scanned and emailed to Patty Knapp at pknapp@wausauschools.org or dropped off at Riverview Elementary School located at 4303 Troy St, Wausau, WI 54403. If you are planning to send your child to another school please call the office at 715-261-0030 and inform us of your intention. This helps in planning for the upcoming school year.
