PD Corner- Teacher Ideas for Summer Break
Updates from Rodney
Updates:
Room assignments and a draft of the staff list will be emailed next week.
The school year has been awesome. I have witnessed our growth in the following areas:
- Behavior Referrals and Suspensions have dramatically decreased.
- Students reading on and above grade levels have increased.
- Math Benchmark Data has increased.
Thanks for a great year.. I want to to focus on the following over the summer:
1. Rest- take time to sleep
2. Renew- take time to relax, take a vacation or spend time with family/friends
3. Reflect- we are practitioners, how do we improve?
Report Cards
- In order to give me time to check Report Cards, I have a personal request. Can you turn in your Report Cards by Wednesday, June 12th by close of business? I have a promotion to attend on Thursday and I will be leaving early on Friday. I would prefer to not give you back your Report Cards on Monday Morning.
