A. Instruction will be a combination of teachers delivering live virtual instruction, student independent practice and some video led learning. Teachers will be teaching new grade level content. It is crucial that students log on and learn daily. Additionally, we will be reviewing and teaching major concepts from last year in order to get our students caught up.

Q. What's happening the first two weeks of school?

A. The first two weeks of school are designed to ease students and their families into our schedule, learning to navigate the Google classroom site as well as allowing time for students to receive a technology device who may not have one. The first week will center around relationship building as well as having students practice logging onto the various online resources and learning how to submit assignments and engage appropriately in an online venue. Week two will begin the transition to new learning. We want to make sure our students and families feel comfortable and equipped to engage effectively in remote learning before moving too fast. Together we can do!

More information regarding the first two weeks of school will be shared soon.
