Hello Bell Graham Families,
Are you looking for an opportunity to become more involved in the BG community? We are looking for a head room parent volunteer from each classroom to act as a liaison between the teacher and other classroom parents. While this position may look a bit different than it has in previous years, it is still an important role that provides support to our teachers. Responsibilities may include:
- Helping organize class parties (no volunteers able to attend parties due to covid restrictions)
- Helping organize virtual volunteer opportunities
- Supporting PTO events and needs, including school spirit and teacher appreciation week
- Organizing class gifts for teacher
If you are interested in submitting your name for your child’s class, please click on the link below to fill out the google form.

If you have any questions regarding this opportunity, please contact Candace Kloss (candacedanko19@hotmail.com) Head Room Parent Coordinator, or Kate Bennett (kate.bennett82@yahoo.com) PTO President.

(Recording to be posted)
School always presents certain challenges for students who learn and think differently (kids with ADHD, dyslexia, giftedness, autism, anxiety, or other neuro-differences). But the COVID-19 pandemic has created even greater obstacles. Debbie shares ideas on how parents can best prioritize and plan in the pandemic-era school landscape. She also offers advice on how to support differently wired children’s cognitive, social, and emotional needs during this atypical time, while also taking care of one’s own emotional health and well-being.
