Virtual Calming Room
Melanie Schaeperkoetter, LMSW, School Based Therapist from Cornerstones of Care at GMS and MCM, created a virtual calming room which is a website with activities, games, guided meditations, yoga videos and more. The website also has information regarding our programming and how students or parents could get connected. Right now, everyone could use a little extra support, so I hope this helps provide it to you as well as your students. Please take a few moments to check it out...and take care of yourself!
