ACADEMICS INFORMATION
Dual Enrollment Information for 2023-2024 School Year
For students interested in Dual Enrollment with Moorpark College, we have TWO classes being offered specifically to Royal students:
Introduction to Business (BUS M30) & Introduction to Sociology (SOC M110)
Both courses will be online and asynchronous and both are 100% FREE!
Classes start mid-August but don't wait until then--start the process now and get signed up as early as May 4th to secure your spot in the class!

Peer Tutoring
Royal High School's Center for Academic Success ("The CAS") provides academic support for students experiencing challenges through weekly tutoring and guidance from upperclassmen student tutors from our chapters of National Honor Society and Math Honor Society.
Housed in our Library building in Room 2-2, the CAS is equipped with editions of each of our course textbooks and full access to all of our Library resources.

SPOTLIGHT ON.....UC IRVINE
- UC Irvine is one of the nine undergraduate campuses making up the University of California public system. UCI has more than 37,000 students and offers 222 degree programs. It’s located in Irvine, California, one of the world’s safest and most economically vibrant communities.
- Approximately, 88 languages are spoken, and 79 countries are represented within UCI’s student body.
- UCI’s mascot is Peter the Anteater.
- UCI offers more than 85 undergraduate degree programs, as well as master’s degree programs.
- UCI is an Hispanic-serving institution, meaning that fully one-quarter of undergraduates identify as Latino and that half of all students receive financial aid. UCI is also designated as an Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institution.

JOIN PTSA!
Please consider supporting your Royal High School PTA by joining the PTSA for only a $7.00 fee.
Your membership dues help the many programs offered at the school such as Reflections, Every 15 mins, Distracted Driver, Scholarship Awards, and the Senior BBQ among others.
As a member you have a voice and vote at all PTSA Association meetings, you can advocate for students and teachers at the state level, and it also provides college scholarship opportunities for eligible students (qualifications include a 2-year membership.)
Membership DOES NOT require you to volunteer, but volunteers are welcome.
