Infinite Campus Annual Update:
Returning SPE parents, it's time to do your "Annual Update" on Infinite Campus. This is essential to do as it keeps your contact information current. These are the phone numbers that we pull in case of an emergency, the emails we use to stay in contact, and it also lets us know if your student has any health status changes.
Note: These are also the email addresses that we will use to send home your child's homeroom teacher information on Friday, so I strongly recommend that you do this before then.

Meet the Teacher...
If you absolutely cannot attend at your scheduled time, you may join the other. We try to split the names to ensure that the staff has adequate time to introduce themselves to each family.
This could be an ideal time to drop off the student supplies that the teachers have requested so that backpacks aren't as heavy that first day. Additionally, our PTSO will be selling our 21/22 spirit shirt and providing information on how to get involved with their fun events.
21/22 Class Assignments...
Your child's teacher assignment will be emailed on Friday, July 30. If you have a new email address, please make sure to update it in Infinite Campus to ensure you receive this email.
21/22 Supply Lists...
A nice feature to using this site, is with one click, you can add all the supplies to an Amazon or Target cart to be delivered to your house.

You have a standing invitation to the Settler’s Point PTSO monthly meetings, typically in the library. Here we share all the details and needs for any upcoming event!

Help Needed!
This group meets quarterly with Dr. McCord to discuss happenings in GPS. The meetings this year will be from 10:30-12:00 on August 18, November 17, February 9, and April 20. All meetings will be at the Community Education building (Power and Guadalupe).

Gilbert Public Schools receives important additional Federal funds based on income guidelines directly related to student free & reduced lunch eligibility.
Taking the time to complete a GPS Free & Reduced Lunch Application means our schools can continue providing important additional academic support and services for students (even if your child decides not to participate in the lunch program).
