Reading Olympics
Return Reading Olympics Contract
Attention 5th & 6th Grade Families:
All students participating in Reading Olympics must return their Reading Olympics Contract on or before January 29th. Below are dates for the remaining Reading Olympics meetings for this year. All meetings will take place in the library at 8:15 am.

- February 12th
- February 26th
- March 4th
- March 11th
Our competition will take place on March 13th in the evening at North Penn High School. More details for this date will follow! Please reach out to Mrs. Eagan (eaganla@npenn.org) or Mrs. Juckniewitz (juckniwy@npenn.org if you have any questions.

6th Grade Volleyball
The 6th grade volleyball round robin tournament is coming soon. This year's tournament dates are February 5th, 13th, 21st and 29th.
Parents/Guardians of 6th-Grade students, please view the informational letter and permission form linked here. Mr. Prykowski also sent the letter home with 6th-grade students. The permission form must be retuned to Mr. Prykowski no later than the morning of February 5th.
VIP Dance
It’s almost time for our annual "Very Important Person" dance! February 23rd from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
SAVE THE DATE! Invite your favorite grown up and enjoy a night of dancing, crafts and snacks. Look out for more details coming soon! We hope to see you all there.

Help our school earn money just by shopping!
Buy participating products and use the Box Tops app to scan your store receipt. The app identifies eligible products and credits your designated school online. Dental Hygenie Clinic
The Dental Hygiene Clinic at Montgomery County Community College offers a wide array of preventative and oral health services for adults and children.
The clinic is located in the Health Sciences Center at 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA, and operates September - May; schedules vary by semester. Call 215-641-6483 to request an appointment.

Sealant Saturday
A Children's Dental Sealant Clinic supported by the Dorby Family and TLD Foundation is being held at Montgomery County Community College Saturday, March 2nd 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Complimentary oral examination and dental sealant placement will be provided for children 6 - 14 years of age. Space is limited, please call 215.641.6483.
The Dental Sealant Clinic is located at Montgomery County Community College, Science Center, Room 1400: 340 DeKalb Pike Blue Bell, PA 19442.

If Your Student Will be Absent
Just a reminder that if your student will be absent, please send an email to harjalmf@npenn.org and their teacher, or call 215-853-1460 or report the absence thru the automated Safe Arrival system.
If you do not currently use the Safe Arrival app for reporting an absence and would like to do so, please choose one of the options below:
Using your mobile device, download and install the School Messenger app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (or from the links at https://go.schoolmessenger.comOpening in a new window). The first time you use the app, select Sign Up to create your account using an email address we have on file for you. Select Attendance then Report an Absence.
Use the Safe Arrival website, https://go.schoolmessenger.comOpening in a new window. The first time you use the website, select Sign Up to create your account. Once again, please remember to create your account using an email address we have on file for you. Select Attendance then Report an Absence.
Call the toll-free number (888) 239-8495 to report an absence using the automated phone system.
These options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Future absences can be reported at any time. Day of absences, for instance for illness, should be reported as early in the morning as possible the day of the absence.
