Best way to start a day?

A healthy and good-looking breakfast is always the best way to start a wonderful day. I want to share my secret recipe of overnight oatmeal, which is easy to make and will take you less than 5 minutes in the morning.

What you need?

-Banana, Spanish, Yogurt


-Cranberry, Raisin, Blueberry

-Sunshine & Smile

-Anything you like ! (mango, nuts, avocado~)

TWO-STEP Direction

-First step: Blend everything together and add water the night before, put in fridge.

-Second step: In the morning, simply put the bowl out of the fridge (heat in microwave for 1-2mins if you want). Add some fruits and nuts to make it look good.

-Eggs : Make an egg for yourself. Enjoy protein!

-Orange juice: Fresh orange juice is the taste of sunshine.

-Music : I love to play some energetic music during breakfast to start my day with enthusiasm. I want to share the following which is my favorite "breakfast song"
