Come and that B-I-N-G-O Tomorrow!
Book Fair Opens Tomorrow Morning!
Our school’s Scholastic book fair opens tomorrow! Families are invited to come shop on Saturday morning, November 12th form 9am-12pm. This is the perfect time to pick up stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts! The book fair will be open to students during the school day, with shopping hours extended to one hour after dismissal from Mon. the 14th thru Fri. the 18th.
To give your kids more freedom and cut down on cash at school, please consider creating an ewallet for your student! They are very convenient, and Mrs. Hattaway will be able to look up and apply your student’s allowance at the register when they make purchases. You may also shop online through Nov. 25th while continuing to support our school.
Win-Win Tax Credit Opportunity!
CSSE received over $67,000 in tuition scholarships for students this past school year thanks to the OK Tax Credit Scholarship! When donors give to the scholarship fund, they receive a tax credit. In turn, they help a student receive a Catholic education at St. Eugene! This is vital to our mission to help all students receive a Catholic education if that is their wish. Father Jim and Mrs. Goldsworthy will be hosting an informational reception in the Rectory next week for anyone who wants to explore the advantages of contributing to our CSSE Tax Credit Scholarship program. CLICK HERE to learn more, make a donation or share with others who may be interested! Visit our school’s TCS website.

Time & Talent Ops!

Volunteer to Help at Donuts with Dad! Receive Time & Talent when you sign up to help set up, serve, or clean up on Thursday, Nov. 17th.
Volunteer in the Lunchroom - We need a few volunteers to cover a shift in the lunchroom once a week on Fridays. Volunteer will help pass out lunches, monitor students, and clean tables between lunch periods. See available dates and sign up to earn a couple of Time and Talent hours! Must have current Safe Environment.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd - We need volunteers for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS)! In order to provide this beautiful Montessori-based approach to religious education, we need volunteers to assist teachers in the Atrium (you do not need to be a trained catechist) and to help prepare materials for the children. Materials making will take place at 9:30am on the following Fridays in the Bride's Room of the Church: Nov. 18, Dec 16, and into the second semester. Please contact Christie Ardoin if you can help in either capacity or for more information: goodshepherd@steugenes.org.

Please complete this google form to send in your name and email address to Jennifer Goodrich so that she can send you information to begin the process! You must have updated SE if you plan on driving on field trips, being a homeroom parent, or coaching a team, etc.

Advent by Candlelight! The word Advent means coming. During Advent, the Church prepares herself for the second coming of our Lord in all His glory while we remember the first coming of our Lord in humility at Christmas. Please join us at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4, in Ross Hall for a candlelit evening of prayer, song and reflections to prepare us spiritually for the Christmas season. You can sign up to attend individually or you can hostess a table for you and your friends. If you choose to hostess, you’ll provide wine, appetizers and desserts at a table for eight that you’ve also decorated. You can of course invite your friends to help. To hostess a table or to attend individually, please send an email to steugeneadvent@gmail.com or call Karen Robinson at 405.802.4613.
