Math+Emojis=Fun!!
Check out these math puzzles on solvemoji.com! The puzzles are great for critical thinking and problem solving. They would be great to use during small group math or in the mornings before the day starts. There are different levels of difficulty to choose from. They just released a Junior level! Older kids can even create their own and see if their friends can solve it! Follow @solvemoji on Twitter.
Have you seen Epic? It is an online collection of books for kids. Teachers have free access and can set up classes and collections for students. Even better is Epic! Pals, a document with links to sites like Padlet and Flipgrid where students can comment on the books. There is a new Epic! Pals every month! Check it out! Questions? Just ask me, or Stacie Maynard has been using this in her classroom. We'll be happy to help!
Book Creator
Want to learn more about Book Creator and how to use it in your classroom? Check out their webinars being offered! They have just added a new collaborative feature for students. If you haven't used it before, check it out!
