Traders Point Auction
PTF Annual Fundraising Auction November 13, 2015
What is the PTF Fundraising Auction?
Hosted at nearby Eagle Church on November 13th this year, attendees enjoy a great dinner, entertainment and the chance to support Traders Point Christian Academy through bidding (and winning) on tons of items in silent and live auction segments. You can track items available, from restaurant gift cards to luxury vacations, on our website as the event draws near plus at the event, and can bid electronically. No need to do the "auction hover" near your favorite items! It's a time of great fun and fellowship. Our theme this year is Game Night so dress comfortably (code for no dressy clothes unless that's what you want to wear).
The auction is our main, and largest, fundraising effort, usually providing $100,000 or more toward academy needs. Meet some new friends by volunteering! Mark your calendar now to attend the auction and invite your friends who want to know more about Traders Point or who love to support Christian education.
Message From Our Auction Leadership
Welcome new TPCA families,
Hopefully you and your family are enjoying your first few weeks of school! The auction team has been busy getting prepared for our big night NOVEMBER 13 (mark your calendars!) We want you to know that we believe God calls each family to the academy and we hope you feel that You Belong at Traders Point. Attending the auction is a great way to meet other Traders families and we look forward to seeing you there.
Please watch for regular communication about the auction from now until November 13th. If you have any questions, would like to learn more or help out you may contact us, Iva Caldwell and Courtney Worl, at tpca.auction@gmail.com.
We welcome hearing any ideas and suggestions to help us make this the best auction ever!
