Read Alouds:

Phonics:

*We will continue working on fluently adding and subtracting within 5. K-OA5

Unit Study

We will complete our study of plants.

We will begin a unit on insects.

*We will be comparing the size, shape, structure, and basic needs of insects. KS6

Important Reminderrs

Book Fair - We invite you to attend our school Book Fair with your child on one of the family nights or on Thursday morning at 8:30 before our Egg Hunt. Please let me know if you plan to attend the Book Fair on Thursday morning so I can send your child to the library to meet you. You may attend the "Book Fair" with your child on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday right before our lunch time at 10:45. You may also send money with your child to school in an envelope marked "Book Fair" the amount of money in envelope, and how you would like the money to be spent.
Old Baker Farm field trip will be Tuesday, April 11th. Please remember to have your child wear his/her field trip t-shirt and tennis shoes. You might want to let your child wear a hat/sunglasses and apply sunscreen before they leave home since we will be outside all day. Please pack your child a sack lunch unless you pre-ordered one from the lunchroom.
Our Egg Hunt will be on Thursday, April 13th at 8:45 in the morning if you would like to come by and help us with this activity.


Please send all treat bag items to school no later than Tuesday, April 11th,
