Overview

Information Technology Fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital is a 2-year, competency-based program offered to candidates considering a career in healthcare leadership and administration. Upon completion, fellows will gain the skillset to become future healthcare leaders, strategists, and robust contributors to overall innovation of healthcare delivery systems.
Curriculum
During four 6-month assignment rotations, participants will be given the unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders across the New York-Presbyterian Enterprise. Fellows will partake in comprehensive rotations where they will develop operational competency in following key areas:
- Clinical Information Systems
- Converged Technologies
- Information Security
- Business Information Systems
Over the duration of 2 years, under the senior level mentorship, fellows will work on real life projects, partake in IT leadership meetings, and receive one-on-one career coaching from the VP of their rotation.
Eligibility
Candidates are not restricted to a particular major of study, as New York-Presbyterian Hospital is striving to offer the fellowship to candidates who are diverse in both cultural and educational backgrounds.

Various Positions Available at UGA!
This Fiscal Compliance Specialist position creates and implements training programs for the College of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences’ departments, units, and centers as well as UGA county based faculty and staff. The role maintains a positive working relationship with campus based and county, district, and administrative personnel. Due to the complex nature of the organization and operations which include UGA Cooperative Extension and its county delivery service, this position helps maintain accountability of funds, both state and local, to continue the College’s reputation of credibility with stakeholders.
The position will be based out of the CAES Business Office under the leadership of the Director of Fiscal Affairs and supervision of the Business Affairs Manager. This role will receive indirect guidance from the Director of Extension County Operations, the CAES Director of Finance and Administration, and UGA’s Internal Auditing Division as appropriate.
The CAES Business Office is a college-wide support unit that reports to the Dean and Director of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. This office is responsible for the development of annual legislative budget requests, and the overview of business operations for the College’s teaching, research, and extension functions. Management, monitoring, and reporting of state, federal, and sponsored funds are performed by this office including budgeting, accounting, contracts and grants, and accountability reporting to both state and federal governments.
The Associate Director of Alumni Chapters will assist in recruiting, training, and leading alumni chapter volunteers. This requires regular meetings with chapter leaders to assist with events planning and coordination and to train chapter leaders of the responsibilities and processes involved with volunteer alumni chapter leadership. The position requires well-developed interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively adapt communication style to work with volunteer leaders. Regular communication with the Development and Alumni Relations Communications department is also necessary to manage chapter social media efforts, newsletters, and other communications. The Associate Director will participate in planning events organized by the Office of Alumni Relations and will assist with strategic alumni outreach initiatives.
This position will be responsible for managing specific Arch Chapters as assigned, and will be responsible for managing requests for both Arch and Pillar Chapters.
- Strong writing/proofreading experience is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Basic graphic design software capability.
- Knowledge of digital and social media strategy.
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in managing social media, especially Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

The Georgia County Internship Program is looking for Recent Graduates for over 30 paid summer internship positions!
The Georgia County Internship Program (GCIP) offers first-hand internship experiences to undergraduate and graduate level college students and recent graduates in county government. Each summer, internships are offered across a broad spectrum of academic disciplines in county government offices throughout the state. From planning and zoning and GIS projects to communications, health, and finance positions, there are numerous options for recent graduates to enhance the skills they have learned in college while gaining new skills through experiential learning.
