Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and right now preserving our mental health is more important than ever. Please remember that as we continue remote instruction Mrs. Rosenbaum, and Mrs. Sproule are available to all students in need. Do not hesitate to reach out to us by email or phone if your child needs additional support during this time. We have included a few resources below (the feelings wheel, benefits of tracking your mood, and a mental fitness guide) for you to check out and we will continue to do yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Course Selection Process....Completed!
All course requests have been gathered from our students and we will now use these numbers to work with administration, special education and our team to create the best schedule for all students. We appreciate many of you joining in on the conversations as we spoke to your child to plan for their future and courses for next year. Given the circumstances it went really well.
Seniors-College Commitment Day
Seniors that have been accepted to a four year college must put down a deposit by May 1st, declaring their commitment to attend in the fall. Many colleges have extended this deadline so please make sure to check with your college to see when a deposit is due to save your spot! Questions should be directed to your child's admission office.
Zoom Sessions for Seniors and Juniors
Beginning this week, Mrs. Rosenbaum and Mrs. Sproule will start scheduling Zoom Q & A sessions for seniors and juniors to answer college questions, scholarship questions, SAT/ACT questions and other questions they might have. Please remind your child to be on the lookout for the time and date on their Schoology Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 page.
