Parent Drop Off and Pick-Up Update
To help with the flow of traffic in the mornings, make sure:
- Students are already wearing a mask and are ready to get out of the car when pulling up.
- Stop once and let out all kids, not multiple stops along the drop-off area.
We also understand that many students are still sitting in car seats and boosters and getting them out requires adult assistance. Starting in October, we will be providing parking spaces for parents that require adults to assist them in getting out of cars. Those families will be asked to park and escort their child(ren) across the drop-off lanes. We will have a supervisor that will act as a crossing guard to allow groups to come across. Families that do not need to assist students exiting vehicles can resume following the drop-off lane.
We will also do something similar for dismissal starting in October. Parents that need to assist students in getting into cars will be asked to park.
More details on this transition will be out in the coming weeks. Thank you for everyone's flexibility and patience!
1st-5th Grade Parent Night (Zoom)
1st-3rd Grade: 5:00PM
4th/5th Grade: 6:00PM
Parent Night will be via Zoom this year due. Homeroom teachers will send their Zoom links to families prior to the event. Also, we will be recording the sessions in the event families cannot attend.
