STUDENT ATTENDANCE - EVERY DAY COUNTS
Here is important information from the district regarding student attendance during Phase 2.
Elementary Student Attendance During Phase 2 - Students are expected to participate in all in-person and remote learning sessions (including specials and small group times) in order to be considered present for the school day. The Question of the Day and completing an assignment will no longer be sufficient in order to meet elementary attendance expectations.
Please see video below as well.
Kindergarten Dismissal - IMPORTANT- PLEASE NOTE THAT PARENTS MUST SHOW SCHOOL ISSUED STUDENT NAME CARD TO PICK UP STUDENTS. Individuals who do not have a school issued student name card will be sent to the main office to retrieve another name card. The individual must show an official photo ID and must be listed on the student information system.
Student Materials Pick-up February 18 (PM), February 19 (AM)
- Thursday, February 18 @ 3:30PM - 4:30PM
- Friday, February 29 @ 9:00AM - 10:00AM
This is primarily for our "Remote Learning by Choice" students. However, some of our teachers may have materials to pick-up for all of their students. Please refer to your student's teacher communication regarding pick-up.
Black History Month (February 1 - March 1)
To honor Black History Month we will host a virtual assembly on Wilma Rudolph. Wilma Rudolph was an award record holding Olympic champion. Wilma Rudolph has a compelling story that will be told through a story telling performance we believe our students will enjoy. We will share more information regarding the assembly, but please enjoy the attached quote pictured below from Wilma Rudolph.

Boulder Hill Care Closet
Did you know that Boulder Hill has a Care Closet?
The Care Closet is an area of our school to provide relief to students and their families who are experiencing hardships: lack of weather appropriate clothing, basic hygiene supplies, school supplies, etc. This is a FREE resource provided for ALL of our students and their families.
