What we think---Bringing back non-clear water bottles by Chayton Godfrey and Gabby Vela

A couple of months ago the school administrators banned non-clear water bottles. What Chayton and I are trying to convince you is that there are plenty of clear alcoholic drinks that kids can easily bring if they have access. The teachers and principals should trust us even though some people did something stupid. They punished the whole school even though only a few people did it.

They should ban non-clear water bottles for teachers as well if they want to ban ours, because they have as much access to alcoholic beverages as we do. They are of age and can easily walk into the liquor store and buy it and we can not know if they are drinking their usual morning coffee or alcohol.

The students that drank the alcohol at school, didn't think about how it would effect the whole school and they probably learned their lesson.

Dangers of Vaping

Hello! I'm Anastasia Tucker and I am here to talk about the dangers of vape. Vape has many consequences. For example, if you play sports it can make you short of breath from all of the nicotine in your lungs and make it hard to breath. Vape can also cause your heart and lungs to shut down. The worst thing that can happen is you can die from inhaling it to much.

February is Black History Month by Caleb Hardwick

Black History Month is an annual celebration or achievements by African Americans and a time of recognizing the central role of African Americans in U.S history. Since 1976, every U.S president has officially designated February as Black History Month because it is coinciding with birthdays of Federick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln.

President's Day by McKenzie Goodnight

Monday, February 17 is President's Day. We celebrate President's Day because it is our first president, George Washington's Birthday, and we also celebrate all the presidents. It is always the third Monday in February. We do not get off for President's Day. Some different places that might be closed on President's Day are Department of Motor Vehicle’s, courts, and grocery stores.

Movie Review: Frozen 2 by Jamie Miller

Frozen 2 was a great movie! In my opinion it was better than Frozen because it had a much deeper plot. It was so emotional, and you would never guess what is going to happen. The movie was so different from the first, but I won’t tell you the details as not to spoil the movie. You need to watch it for yourself. Anyone who has watched Frozen would absolutely love Frozen 2. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, one of the best movies I've ever seen!
