Math Minute
Hi Frontier Families,
The days are getting longer, and snow is melting. This can only mean one thing, April! With that in mind, many thanks to those of you who brought in your Math Challenge Calendar last month.
Remember, at the end of the month, bring in your calendar to one of the Frontier offices for prizes!
Also, what is your family doing with math these days? This is a great opportunity to share ideas, successes you’ve had, and challenges met.
Here’s a clever activity to build on your multiplication facts. (PDF attached) Simply, place a single digit number in the center circle, numbers 1-10 in the inner gray leaf section, and solve in the outer white leaf section. This is a colorful way to build on those multiplication skills.

2023 Kindergarten Graduation
Hello Kindergarten Parents,
This year Frontier Charter School is having a Kindergarten Graduation at 4:00pm on May 12, 2023. The ceremony will be in our Frontier Charter School's Annex at the Northern Lights Office.
Frontier will reimburse you for your child's cap and gown. The reimbursement deadline has been extended so that you may order and put your reimbursement request in. Please order a black cap and gown and we will provide the tassels. I know most caps and gowns automatically come with a tassel, but we want to order a tassel that is exactly like our Frontier Senior's tassels (only shorter). To keep uniformity, we will also supply the Graduation Certificates. Sashes will not be needed.
Amazon is the place we recommend buying a Kindergarten Cap and Gown. Please buy a black cap and gown. https://a.co/d/doMMTKQ
Kindergarteners may put their cap and gown on after they arrive. The ceremony will not be long and refreshments will be served.
Email Ruth Dennis if your kindergartener will be participating. dennis_ruth@asdk12.org
