-Rich source of many minerals including zinc, iron, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium potassium and copper.

-Rich in many vitamins including vitamins B12, B6, riboflavin, thiamin and pantothenic acid.

Frying VS Baking

-Frying can cause ulcers, gallstones and heart disease.

-Frying also causes weight gain and contains more calories.

Frying can add fat, cholesterol and simple carbohydrates that are toxic to the body.


-Baking decreases the amount of fat, cholesterol and simple carbohydrates in a diet.

-Baking also brings out the food's natural flavors.

-Baking requires little fat and calories which means you can eat more.

White VS Dark Poultry

White:

-Has less calories

-Has less fat

-Is better to eat when on a diet


Dark:

-Rich in myoglobin, a compound packed with iron found in muscle cells.

-Contains more Zinc and Vitamin B

-Has greater nutritional value.
