WDES School to Home Connection

WDES Learning Updates
If you selected 100% virtual learning for your child for Semester 1, a survey was sent out to allow parents the option to select hybrid instruction for Semester 2 when the school board determines that it is safe to resume. Please complete the online survey by February 16, 2021. If your child attended hybrid learning for Semester 1 and you are planning to have your child attend 100% virtual learning for Semester 2, please let your child's teacher know as soon as possible.

What's New at WD?
We have been busy over the past few weeks completing our Building Entrance Makeover Project and we are excited to be almost finished!
WDES would like to send a big thank you to Acors Topsoil and Mulch for donating the stone for our project and to Mr. Devon Branson for doing a beautiful job putting it all together!

Student Virtual Participation Expectations
Specials' Classes: WDES Specials' teachers are now able to offer live instruction Monday through Friday during your child's designated specials time. Simply enter the meeting code "specials" followed by your child's grade level (for example: Kindergarten is specialsk, third grade is specials3). This is a great opportunity for your child to interact with their specials' teachers and classmates!
