This year, Finn's Challenge involves learning hands only CPR, which is a wonderful learning opportunity for the whole family. I encourage you to join in with your child in this program, as it is near & dear to my heart, personally, as my father's life was saved through CPR many years ago.

Another way we will promote heart health this month is by encouraging staff and students to dress in sweats/workout gear for "Fit Fridays in February", which lines up nicely with our PE schedule. Enjoy!

This month, your child can see them in action through the Imagination Machine Assembly. This assembly is all about creative writing & encourages our students to submit a story for the team to act out when they return in April.

Additionally, if your child is in 3rd grade, they will enjoy the Science on the Go assembly this month, also provided through PTA funds. These assemblies bring science to life in a hands-on experience. Each grade level will get to experience this throughout the year.
