A fox in one of its Many Habitats
Foxes can quickly adjust to different habitats, which may be why it has so many. Red foxes live in mountains, grasslands, and forests just to name a few habitats.
A Fox Covering from the Cold
Red foxes have very dense, thick tails which help them to shield themselves from the cold air and keep warm. In addition to this, their tails can be used to communicate with other foxes. It also helps them to balance.
A Fox Hunting Down its Prey
Foxes eat a wide variety of foods. They eat small game like rabbits and birds. Foxes will also eat things like fruits, vegetables, and fish.
