Act 5 Scene 1
Version 2 & Version 4
Film VS Film
These two versions compare to the play because they both had Lady Macbeth washing her hands. They also both had a sink during that part or scene in the play. Version 2 was more accurate because the scene said exactly what Lady Macbeth said and they also had the setting right and how she was trying to wash her hands of with a chemical. The film version I liked better was version one because she was not to over dramatic but dramatic enough to make the scene interesting and keep ones full attention.
Difference
One difference I noticed in version 2 and 4 was that Lady Macbeth looked younger in one scene and older in the other. Lady Macbeth also looked more presentable in version 2.
Similarity
One similarity I noticed was that the setting of the scene they both had an unclear background and focused more on Lady Macbeth.
Difference
One difference I noticed was that Lady Macbeth screams louder in the version 4 then in version 2.
