Class Holiday Parties
Our book fair was a success!! We raised almost $7,000 dollars and sold 645 books! Because of this, our library will receive a $2,000 gift card from Follett to purchase new books for students to check out and read! Also, thanks to generous donations from our community, 102 students were able to get a free book from the book fair! We cannot thank everyone enough for supporting our book fair!
We would like to congratulate Ms. Mercado’s 1st grade class, Ms. Smith’s 3rd grade class, and Ms. Martin’s 4th grade class for purchasing the most books from the book fair. Each of these classes has earned a special library party to thank them for purchasing so many books.
Austin Public Library Update:

If your child still hasn’t received their APL card, you may contact Newton Collins Librarian, Amy Gonzalez, at (512) 386-3914 or at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may call the Austin Public Library at 512-974-7475. Check out this FAQ page from the Austin Public Library for more information.
