Posture is the way you hold your body when you walk or sit
- If your shoulders droop and your stomach sticks out others may think your sick
- people who stand straight and tall may look more alert
- if you sit slump it will become a habit
- you will be less tired if your lower body is touching the chair
you will have bad posture forever if you don't try to fix it
good health is the key to good posture
- you will have good posture if you eat, sleep and exercise well
- when you have good posture you will be more relaxed
- you will breath easier
- you will get a more positive attitude
bad posture can be lead to being tired
you are more awake if you sit with good posture
- good posture equals good health
