Lynn Atkinson

My wife and I moved here from Tucker, Georgia about ten years ago. I retired in 2000 from a career as a chemical engineer, and in specialty chemical sales. Since locating here I have taken part in Covington Place activities through various committees and as a former member of the board. I love the neighborhood and would welcome an opportunity to be a part of our neighborhood's future.

Claudia Calloway

I’m a Covington native and have lived in CP since 2007. I work from home as a licensed real estate agent and also a freelance graphic designer. I currently serve on my church’s Board of Trustees and have just been appointed by the City Council to the Covington Historic Preservation Commission. Having served on another HOA board while living in Marietta, I’m familiar with many of the issues and challenges. We love our neighborhood and want to help maintain it’s character by continuing the responsible management and growth. I appreciate your consideration.

Keith Campbell

Hello my good neighbors, I would like to tell you a little about myself and my qualifications to be on the Covington Place Board of Directors. 1st I am better known as Terri Campbell’s husband and live at 7132 High Lake Terrace. I have been in construction and project management for over 30 years including several years of home building. I am currently serving on the Covington Place Architectural Review Board. I love our community and want to continue to help us prosper and maintain our reputation as “The Place to Live” in Covington.

Dale Pearce

Currently in the real estate business with over 40 years in sales and marketing, 2011 President of the East Metro Board of REALTORS. I want to see our home’s property values continue to improve, our HOA continue to maintain and improve facilities, activities and reserves, while keeping annual dues unchanged.

Parents, please make sure you do not allow your children to use the Tennis Courts as a playground. Recently, many children have been riding their bikes all over the courts and this is not allowed. The HOA spent your funds to upgrade the courts 2 years ago and we need to keep them in tip-top shape for our neighborhood tennis players. Please, no bikes or toys or shoes with marking soles on the courts at any time. We appreciate your assistance with this matter.
