Google Classroom
Teacher ID- Log In by going to google.com and add account/login at the top right of the screen. You will actually type your usually email address there. For example, I sign in by typing casey.crumbley@henry.k12.ga.us and then my usual password. If you usual password doesn't work you need to make a new password that is atleast 8 characters with a capital/lowercase/number or you can contact helpdesk at helpdesk@henry.k12.ga.us and have them help you.
classroom.google.com
Student Google Accounts
For example:
Their password is their initials, six digit birth date, and #
For example:
cc112809#
I would sign in to each of your student accounts on google if I were you, and then go to classroom.google.com and join a class (it's at the top and looks like a plus sign +) This is where you will type your class code.
Student will then be in your google classroom. I've barely even scratched the surface of what you can do with google classroom, but I know multiple students can work on one document/assignment at the same time. Their work is automatically saved, therefore no need for flash drives. Google has google docs, students would use this in place of Microsoft Word, there is also Google Slides that students can use instead of powerpoint. There is so much more!
