Job Interview Process

Before the Interview
- Map out the route to the business
- Show up 10-15 minutes early
- Practice what you are going to say- use common interview questions
During the Interview
- Greet the employer with a firm handshake, making eye contact, and stating your name
- Have you're resume (know whats on it)
- Bring a back up resume
- Have a pen and notepad
- Show you are confident
- Take your time to answer the question so it comes out thoroughly and well stated
- Ask questions like- "When will you make the hiring decision? May I call you for the decision? When is a good time?"

Tell me about yourself?
- Don't talk about your personal life
- Highlight your strengths in past experiences
- Be specific
- Say aspects you like about the company
- Mention how you are a perfect fit
- Be specific
- Use examples that relate to the job
- Tailor your answer to what the company is looking for
- Always say yes
- Ask questions that show you are interested and know their company

Nothing should be flashy, go for mild clothing. Error on the side of too business like. Also nothing inappropriate or revealing.
Interview Don'ts
- Don't wear lots of perfume or cologne
- Don't wear jeans or casual clothes
- Don't chew gum or candy during the interview
- Don't wear distracting clothes
- Don't "fiddle" with things like your hands- this includes biting nails
- Don't slouch or look sloppy
- NEVER be on your phone
