Spring Has Definitely Sprung at Wredling!
With the greening of our lawns and the blooming of flowers come some challenges at middle school. It is not atypical at this time of year to see:
· More hands-on behaviors (pushing, shoving, fighting or play-fighting, and other horseplay)
· Less attention to schoolwork
· A little more romance and sometimes some PDA
This is where we need your help! Taking a few minutes of dinner time conversation to talk about your expectations for the fourth quarter can make a big difference. When parents and the school, together set clear expectations for behavior, the spring tends to go better.
What are we looking for?
· Continued focus on academics
· Hands-off behavior (no pushing, shoving, hitting, play hitting, or horseplay)
· Ongoing kindness to each other, in-person and in social media
I appreciate your helping us to set clear expectations for the last 44 days of school!
Enjoy your weekend!
Tim
