Even though we have rights to surveillance, the government can't really do anything to stop un-wanted surveillance. . The cameras can stalk us as long as they want until we discover them.
Google has the best tracking technology. They claim to keep your information private, but they never actually do. They create profiles of your history and interests.

Final Thoughts
I think that surveillance is necessary, just not everywhere and all the time. It is logical to have it in a mall, but not inside a stall. Surveillance isn't an invasion of privacy if it's purpose is for the good of the group.
