6th graders and any new to VMS students please plan on joining us for our orientation to middle school and laptop distribution on Thursday, August 19th in the main gymnasium. Students and parents will receive important information about VMS and what to expect as a new student to VMS. We will be sending out a sign up genius for families to sign up for a time slot.

Kodiak Coaches' Den
Welcome Kodiak family to another season! First of all I wanted to introduce myself... I have been involved with athletics in the valley for the past 15 years and for the last ten years I worked at Capital HS in various sports as well as taught US History. I am excited for this next year ahead with Victory!
The fall sports season is upon us and we are excited for what’s ahead. Our football team will continued to be led by Coach Beeson. This year we will have our Parent Meeting on August 9th in the gym at VMS. This meeting will start at 5:00 pm. The volleyball team will be in full swing with Coach Hollowell as open gym will start on August 12th and 13th. Doors will open at 8:00 am with official start time around 8:30 am. Cross Country will also be getting started here soon with the first official practice allowed on August 16th, more details to come. Finally, we are excited to announce that we have new cheer coach, Coach Clarke. She is going to be a great addition to the VMS Kodiak Family. The cheer program has been communicating over the summer but their first official practice will be August 16th at 2:00pm. We have started a new athletic Twitter and Instagram page that will be updated often with schedules and player information please follow us @victorykodiaks. Please contact me at pence.dane@westada.org if you have any questions. Can’t wait to meet you all and go Kodiaks!!
