Ryan Moody
Ryan is a 9-Time World Record Holder. He spent most of his youth playing sports. Ryan has been active contributor and participant in the CrossFit community for nearly a decade.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Sport Science. He travels the world with the EXSEM crew, both putting on the EXSEM and speaking to organizations on Health, Fitness & Overcoming Adversity.

Chad Curtis
Chad is a former Marine with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health promotion, and has a Bachelors of Science in Education. Chad and his awesome wife Melissa are also the founders of The Catalyst Games, a functional fitness based competition in memory of a fallen Marine.

Jyllianne is a very accomplished and very busy athlete/coach. She is Midwest born and raised, with a childhood full of swimming, horseback riding, baseball, volleyball, and old-fashioned farm work. She went on to be a hunter/jumper, a jockey, a collegiate athlete, a coach, and all-around adrenaline junkie before finding CrossFit and subsequently Olympic Weightlifting.
