DepEd Koronadal field tests new SIP

Twenty-four schools in DepEd Koronadal received training through School Based Management Funds on the use of the new School Improvement Plan (SIP) done in different venues this November. The field test aims to educate school heads, teachers as well as the community on how to employ strategic planning in crafting their SIP.

The new SIP uses several strategies to reconcile situation analysis and strategy making to really combat all pressing issues in a certain school.

Division Superintendent Leonardo M. Balala spearheads the activity and he challenged all school heads to be proactive and yield good output for their school plan.

Balala, during his talk said that strategic planning paves way to a more systematic and smooth implementation of the program and projects of each school.

All recipient schools are expected to produce a relevant and meaningful School Improvement Plan by the end of the month.
