There are many benefits to eating healthy. While you are young, staying healthy will help you become a healthy adult and be more active later on in life.

Eating junk foods consistently everyday can result in high cholesterol. Eating foods that are high in fiber can lower heart disease, the risk of having strokes, diabetes, and can also help you lose weight.
