The organs in the excretory system
By Joseph M. and Vikram M.
Large Intestine
The function of this massive organ is to process food particles and move the undigestible parts in the food. This organ helps move the waste from the small intestine that processes waste into liquid wastes and solid wastes. This organ is like a trash can the garbage goes in to be dumped out.

Liver
The liver is an organ that breaks down toxins, chemicals, and poisons. These toxins are then converted to urea that will be released in the process of urination. But before it can go through this process it needs to convert the urea into urine. This is exactly what the Kidney does. The kidney filters the urea into urine to be released in the process of urination.
The liver also produces a substance known as bile. Bile is used to breakdown fats into usable nutrients and waste. Once the bile is produced it is stored in the gall bladder until it can be used again. Bile is secreted in the small intestine to break down substances like fats, and ethanol into harmless substances that can be released as waste.

Skin
Why do we sweat? Sweat is the excretion from the skin. Sweat is excreted from the sweat glands in the skin to help keep the body cool when it's warm. The body tries to maintain homeostasis and keep the body balanced by releasing liquids from the body. By releasing liquids it cools your body down if you are overheating.
