Spirit Day
Rockwell's Fall Parent Teacher Conferences will be held in person on Monday, October 10th, 4:15-8:15; virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, October 11th, from 4:15-8:15 p.m.; and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, October 12th, 1:00-4:15 p.m.
Our conferences will be held both in person and virtually via zoom. Parents/guardians will be signing up for a 20 minute time period using the "Synergy ParentVUE" website to meet with your child's teacher. Parents/guardians will simply log in to the ParentVue website and choose an available time slot with your child's teacher.
Both in person and Zoom conferences will be every 20 minutes.
For virtual conferences, when it’s time for your conference, we encourage you to sign in to the zoom a couple of minutes early and wait in the digital “waiting room”. Teachers will admit parents after they have signed off the previous conference.
Parents/guardians are still encouraged to visit specialty teachers either before or after your scheduled team teacher conference time, just as you have done in the past. These teachers will have a separate link that will be open during the conference hours. We will send out these Zoom links after October 7th.
If your child sees a Resource, Speech, or Literacy teacher, you will receive information from them about conference times and Zoom links.
If your student is in the Alternate Curriculum Program (Dedman or Kazmierczak), please select both the ACP teacher and the homeroom teacher at the same time slot. This will allow both teachers to attend the conference.
You may begin making appointments via “ParentVue” on Monday, September 19th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The window to schedule an appointment will close on October 2nd at 5:00 p.m.

If you do not have access to a computer, missed the window to sign up for conferences, or if you have questions, please contact Mrs. Chrissy Reitmajer at 402-715-8246 or at chreitmajer@mpsomaha.org between 8:00-4:00 on school days.
