Progress Reports:

We have hit halfway through this first 6 weeks. Friday September 2nd, teachers sent out progress reports for their classes. You should have gotten one no matter what the grade. Then last week, Mrs. Barrera printed reports for anyone failing a class and mailed them out. Please check your mailbox this week, that way there is still time for you, your student and the teacher to work together to hopefully raise any grade you are not satisfied with.

Our Goal for 2023 TEA Accountability

We want a "B" Rating for the 2023 STAAR Ratings!

We have been working over the past years to get the instructional practices and curriculum in place to get us there. We need you and your student's continued help if we are going to reach our goal. We need every student to attend school everyday, ready and actively participating in their learning. Please ask them about what they are learning, help them complete their homework and to study for their tests. All of us working together will get us to a "B" Rating the SMS Buffaloes are aiming for.

Let the STAAR Wars Begin! It is time for RISE of the BUFFALOES!!
