Got Junk? We Want It!

The 4th graders are going to be making arcade games for STEAM night and Mrs. Stiles, our Technology Teacher, is needing the following:

BIG empty cardboard boxes

Shoe boxes

The 5th graders are working on dioramas to depict careers they have been researching and we are needing the following donations for that project:

Fabric scraps

Barbie/doll clothing (no shoes)

Miniature toys (like the mini brand toys or tiny doll type furniture/accessories)

Just send any of the above items to school and we'll get them to Mrs. Stiles! Thank you!

The SHOW 2023 is planned for May 23rd

Who wants to BE in the SHOW!? All Belmont Bulldogs may apply!

We love having the opportunity to showcase unique and individual talents that may not always have an occasion to be displayed during normal school activities. This year, the dates you need to know are: Applications due (May 1); Auditions (videos welcome anytime, or live and in-person auditions will be held at school on May 5); Rehearsal during the school day (May 22) and LIVE PERFORMANCE (May 23, 9:30am).

  • MUST include Belmont Elementary students ONLY
  • Students may participate in ONE ACT ONLY so that we can fit in as many students as possible for the live performance (Exceptions may be made for teacher sponsored classroom performances.)
  • MUST be 3 minute in length or less. Or 1 minute. Or a couple. Or even a 10 second stunt is fine.
  • MUST be fully appropriate for all ages to view- think about song lyrics, know the drill.

  • 5th graders are eligible to apply as an emcee for the SHOW. I will communicate with students who sign up to be emcees directly to assign acts to send in some acts for them to introduce!!

  • Please Click here to let me know that your child wants to BE in The SHOW 2023!

Glow, Dog, Glow!

We're having a FAMILY GLOW NIGHT!! Get your PAWS on the dance floor, Thursday, April 20th from 6:30-8pm. It'll be okay to stay up late, because we don't have school the next day! All Belmont families are welcome (children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult!) and we hope you join us for a night of family fun, led by a professional DJ in the gym! When you need a break from the music, slide on over to the cafeteria to find a board game that your family might enjoy. Not sure you'll have enough energy? No problem! We've got the DOLE-LICIOUS truck bringing their GLOW IN THE DARK cotton candy! Buy some to enjoy and you will be good to go! Photo opportunity available- bring your phone to capture your family fun! It's going to BE epic!
