My mom caught the disease and committed suicide. I often have dreams of her and remember the last words she said to me as a baby before she was taken away. I have tried many things over the years to try and forget the sad memories. I know she was sick. How can I move on and still remember all the good stuff about her and not the bad? I look forward to hearing your ideas.

Dear Sad Daughter,
I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. Maybe you could try recreating the things y'all did that made you have fun with her. Another thing you could try is try to remember the things your mom liked and try to focus on those. For example, if you and your mom ever liked the same movie or song, just listen and watch those. By doing stuff that made you happy when she was alive and that will help you start to forget the bad times.
