Mission Statement

To educate, challenge and inspire every student to achieve personal success and become a confident contributor to society.

Vision Statement

We promote a passion for learning and a philosophy that puts the needs of children and their education first.

Happy Friday Tigers!!

Happy Friday and World Kindness Day! We are always focused on being kind, respectful, responsible students everyday in school. Our youngest learners demonstrate respect to each other, our staff and to their community, daily. Even when mistakes are made, we view those as teachable moments. What can we do to be the best version of ourselves? How do our choices impact ourselves and those around us? We are a community of learners with character that counts!

Please see an important announcement regarding a pause in in-person learning.

Arrival and Dismissal

Dearest families, please note that the window for arrival is 8:55-9:10 am. Please keep your student with you prior to this window. Do not park in the loop. This backs traffic up and spills out of the parking lot.

Dismissal starts at 3:25 pm, please do not park in the loop and exit your vehicle.

This is a safety concern that requires everyone's help. Please do your part to keep our Tigers safe!

Calling all community stakeholders, parents, family, siblings, etc...we need your help staying safe and healthy around school grounds.

Masks are mandatory in and around school grounds. All adults and students must remain masked until they reach their vehicle during arrival and dismissal.

Please help us stay safe and healthy during this pandemic.

Playground After School

Our playground is not available for after school play. The playground is to be utilized by our SACC students and staff.

Please do not allow your children to play on school play equipment afterschool.

Our Character Focus for November is RESPECT!

What does it look like, sound like and feel like exhibiting respect in our daily lives? Ask your child what they've learned about being respectful to others. We will continue our work around teaching respect this month and the remainder of the year.

Coloring Outside the Lines Yearbook Contest! -- See attachment

Roosevelt Yearbook Art Contest -- Ends 11/30/20

To color outside the lines is an idiom that means to not follow the rules, to think creatively, to behave in an unconventional manner.

We are asking for original artwork from Roosevelt students from all grade levels, showing ways that our school community has continued to learn and grow in different and unique ways this year. Consider adding in splashes of Roosevelt spirit or inspirational messages, too!

Winners will be chosen from every grade level:
