Why Legos?
September brings awareness to something difficult to talk about, suicide. It is tough, awkward, serious but a conversation we need to have. It is such an important topic to talk about, we decided to do a special edition just for it. September is suicide prevention month. Sept 6-12 is National Suicide Prevention Week. When creating this newsletter, I chose yellow for the awareness color. I struggled choosing the background. What fit best? Then I saw the Legos. We are all important pieces to something larger and we all have many pieces that make up who we are. Each piece is important and needed. Each person is important and needed!
If you or someone you know is struggling, questioning, wondering...please reach out to a trusted adult or TN Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or text "HOME" to 741741
