Bristol Township School District
December 2022
Message from the Superintendent
The District has been buzzing with holiday spirit this month with band and choral concerts, Breakfast with Santa, holiday bazaars, and activities in classrooms to enjoy.
With colder weather upon us, please remember to refer to the 22-23 Weather Emergency Information for any questions about procedures and FID Days.
Additionally, stay tuned for the BTSD Annual Report 2021-2022, which will be delivered to all Bristol Township residents soon. Stories include social emotional learning throughout the District, school safety, understanding the budget, and much more.
I wish you all a happy, healthy holiday season.
- Michael Nitti, Superintendent of Schools
Culture & Climate Committee
The Culture & Climate Committee is a newly formed committee in Bristol Township School District to celebrate the people, places, and things in the District.
“Our mission is to build belonging, connect our staff, students, families, and community, and ensure everyone feels valued to achieve our goal of creating a culturally responsive environment.”
The Culture & Climate Committee is a way to combine many positive initiatives in the schools – Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support, responsive classroom, restorative practices, and social emotional learning (SEL) – to create a cohesive K-12 experience.
Thank you to Truman senior Jason O’Neill for designing the committee logo!
