Red Ribbon Week Festivities
Teachers incorporated a variety of activities into Red Ribbon Week. Sixth-graders decorated and competed in pumpkin races. Students created posters and celebrated in other ways. Red Ribbon Week is a national education week designed to teach our youth skills necessary to protect themselves from the dangers of alcohol and other drugs. Please support this effort to encourage our youth to make healthy informed choices and positive decisions now and throughout their lives.
Please visit the school's Facebook page or Google Docs to view some of their activities.
Charges Applied for Damaged iPads
We wanted to remind you of students' responsibilities for caring for their district loaned iPad.
- Students and their families are responsible for the upkeep of district-owned iPads and financial obligations for damages are incurred by the student's family.
- The initial cost to repair a student's iPad is $50.
- Subsequent repairs will be the financial responsibility of the student and their family. Receipts for these repairs will be provided, if requested.
- If a fee is due, a parent will receive a Fee Balance Notification email from a student's Unified Classroom account with a balance due. Parents can also check their student's account through the Unified Classroom Parent account under "Quick Links/Main Portal/Balance".
