Mexico Yoga Retreat

Practice Hard & Live Easy with Patrick Beach & Carling Harps

Join us October 19 - 26, 2013

Practice hard and live easy with Patrick and Carling in paradise at Prana del Mar!

Enjoy 7 days of yoga designed to challenge you both physically and mentally; surf your edge on the mat before cruising the beach in the afternoon and enjoying all the amenities this stunning eco-friendly yoga resort has to offer.

Our goal for this retreat is to flip the script on normal life and bring your practice, your body, and most importantly – YOU, into focus. Find a deeper connection with your body, explore new asanas, and release deeply into the moment without having to worry about those five “really important” things you have to do after class. Instead you will have the opportunity to let go and find new inspiration in the practice. When we’re not floating and flying around the mat or yinning out into deep restoration there will be plenty of unique excursions to jump into.

Settle into the Baja lifestyle with twice daily yoga practices, amazing local food, good friends, new adventures and clear intentions to take home with you.

Whats Included?

  • Accommodations with Ocean View
  • Three gourmet meals daily
  • Yoga practices twice daily with Patrick & Carling
  • Transportation to and from Cabo San Lucas airport
  • All water, teas and juices with meals

Patrick will prepare your practice for take off! Known for being an inspiring blend of his teachers Annie Carpenter and Brock Cahill, he loves to teach students how to safely play upside down. Patrick’s Yoga journey started on a bet with his Dad about whether or not he could learn to do a handstand. The freedom of balancing upside down was invigorating and has been bringing him back to his mat everyday since. Patrick teaches alignment based Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on building strength, creating flexibility, and learning to float. Patrick and his trusty handstand have been featured in both Yoga Journal and Origin Magazine. He believes yoga is an exploration of personal enlightenment and loves being able to help guide students through their own unique journey.

Carling brings a sense of playfulness to Yoga. She loves helping students build a strong foundation to explore their practice through alignment, body awareness, and being rooted in the present moment. Classes are a fluid mix of longer holds and crafty flows to create a deep connection between body and mind. Always striving to bring a balance of hard work, gratitude and restoration to each practice. A student of Annie Carpenter, Carling creates a safe practice environment for her students to flourish.
