No School on Monday

We hope everyone has had a wonderful Spring Break. We are excited to welcome all of our Rangers back this week. Remember, we will not have school on Monday because it is a severe weather make-up day. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday.

School Volunteers Week

We are honored to celebrate our amazing school volunteers this week. Our volunteers are a vital reason why Rocky Creek is such an amazing school. Thanks to everyone who volunteers their time to help make Rocky Creek a wonderful place to learn and grow.

Car Line Safety

For the safety of your children and the RCE staff... once the car line begins to move each afternoon, please refrain from texting or talking on your phone unless using a hands free option. We all appreciate your cooperation with is for the safety of all!

Blowfish Reading Rewards Program - Rocky Creek’s Game Night is Saturday, June 3rd!

The Blowfish Reading Rewards Program begins Monday, March 27th. Reading logs will be coming home this week that provide parent information and contest rules. Students need to read 4 books on their reading level and after March 27th. Reading logs are due April 29th.

Change of Date!

5th grade Recognition Ceremony is NOW scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th at 8:00 A.M.

3rd and 4th grade Celebrations will be on Wednesday, May 31st.

Other grade levels will be sharing their end of year celebration dates soon.

Please make every effort to ensure your child's lunch fees are paid!

We appreciate you taking care of this!

Note - Transportation Changes

This is a reminder to please contact the front office with any transportation changes for your student(s). Do not email teachers with any transportation changes. We want to ensure all of our Rangers get home as they should, and this will be best accomplished by contacting the front office at 821-4200.

April Ranger Robics

Ranger Robics will be for 4th grade students during the month of April. Ranger Robics sessions will be held in the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Morning Drop Off Reminder

Please note that adults are not available to supervise children before 7:00 a.m. each morning. Therefore, car riders should not be dropped off before 7:00 a.m., nor should children expect to enter the school with staff member who arrives prior to 7:00 a.m.

4K Registration for 2017-2018

Applications are being accepted for our 4-year-old program (4K). Please encourage friends and families who have children eligible (must turn four-years-old on or before September 1, 2017) to apply as soon as possible.

Screening will take place May 22, 23, and 24, 2017.

This screening process is available for families living in the Lexington School District One attendance area.
