January 27-31, 2020


January 27- It's LITERACY WEEK!

  • "Sock it to me Reading" - Wear a pair of wild socks and grab your favorite book!
  • Pennies for Patients! Classes are still collecting!
  • Talent Show Practice 3-4pm
  • Tutorial Phone Calls Today

January 28-

  • "Round Up a Good Book" Dress in your best western wear, grab a partner and read! Dress Like you are 100 or Dress like a 100 year old Cowboy if you like.
  • Grade 3rd Grade APTT @7:45 -Sharing of Diagnostic Growth/Student Data Chats
  • Talent Show Practice 3-4pm
  • Pennies for Patients Continues till 1/31 Top Class will have a pasta lunch from Olive Garden. The 2nd and 3rd place classes will receive rewards T.B.D.

January 29-

  • "Our Reading is so Bright, We have to Wear Shades"-Wear a pair of shades while reading a good book!
  • Pennies for Patients continues

  • Tutorial Letters are Due - Please call if you would like to be on the waiting list.

January 30-

  • "Tackle Reading!" Wear your favorite football jersey and tackle a good book!

January 31-

  • "Cool Character Celebration" Dress like your favorite book character! Some classes are dressing as one on a particular book.

Coming Events


Please note that you should update your pick-up list if you have guests visiting for a special lunch or event who are not listed on your school pick-up list. They will need to bring their I.D. It may take a few minutes to check the names on the system so we appreciate your patience. Thank you in helping us to have a secure and safe campus for our children.


Gate Entrance Procedures

In order to be in compliance with State Safety Legislation requirements we are mandated to have two barriers(gates) between the public and students. We would like to thank our parents for this past two weeks. They have been incredibly patient, understanding and supportive of measures that increase the level of safety on our campus!

February 11th is our next A PJ FAMILY READ NIGHT!

We hope you can join us for FAMILY READ NIGHT on Tuesday at 5:00-6:30 PM in the Media Center on 2/11/20. Wear your PJs and we will have breakfast treats. Students can join us on the group carpet for a chance to listen to some wonderful books. They will be given opportunity to take the test and then return to the carpet for another story. It was a hit last time. We will have
