CHS Schedule Change Procedures
2014-2015
Who can request a schedule change?
1. Students who are currently enrolled in a class which was passed in a previous school year
2. Student who are currently enrolled in a class which was passed in Summer School
3. Students who are currently enrolled in a class which the prerequisite was not earned (example: enrolled in Spanish 2, did not pass Spanish 1).
4. Students (especially seniors) who are not enrolled in a class needed for for graduation.
PROCEDURES
1. Click on the link below and complete the "Schedule Change Reuqest Form"
2. Patiently wait for your counselor to contact you with the status of your request. SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF SCHOOL.
