Ambassadors for Change Activities

April 2018

Busy week for the Ambassadors For Change

On Tuesday, April 10, our Ambassadors got an opportunity to hang out with Prince William County Police officers. Sgt. Sullins coordinated and set up our Pizza with Police activity. The students had great questions for our officers, and they had an opportunity to meet one of the K9 units. Totally fell in love w/ K9 Nico!

The following day the Ambassadors and Principal Honor roll recipients went to the stadium for a special Career Day at the Park with the P-Nats. The students were amazing! Super well behaved and had tons of fun. We took over 100 students. Some of the students told us that it was their first time at a baseball game! Wow! Sometimes we take so many activities for granted and I was really happy to see how much fun the students had.

Special Thanks for Dr. Horner, Ms. Bicey, Ms. Rowe and Ms. Alden for helping us chaperone the students. Special shout out to Mr. Reynolds and Ms. Brockenberry-our parent chaperones.

Overall, it was a super busy week, BUT so worth it to see our students have a great time doing new things! Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I love taking them!
